Tae Ho Kim Managing Partner
Tae Ho Kim, managing partner of Stick Capital, was formerly CEO and Founder of a US publicly traded high tech company with a market cap of $50,000,000. Since 1996, Tae Ho has been involved with numerous start ups, financings and as a result has extensive experience and a vast network in North American capital markets.
Tae Ho Kim’s roots are in the financial industry as a successful Financial Adviser with Midland Walwyn (Dean Witter), Wood Gundy (Merryll Lynch) and as a Corporate Banker with CIBC.
Barry Palka VP Agriculture
Barry Palka with some 35 years experience in the agricultural industry. The last 13 years serving as a Nutritional Consultant in the Feed Industry of which the last 7 years being an owner/operator of a successful growing Animal Feed & Nutrition business. Barry was instrumental in the development of the Omega 3 enhanced chicken and the Omega 3 low cholesterol egg of which marketing of will begin shortly.
Barry Palka has been born and raised on a large mixed farm operation and continues to work with large farming operations today in assisting them in being profitable and in locating key properties for future growth.
Martti Raito VP Aviation & Transportation (North America)
36 years of deep experience in the North American, Asia Pacific & Middle East aviation sectors. Martti’s expertise brings an acute understanding of overall airport operations, government regulations, airport project management & international security requirements. Mr. Raito spent many years with Transport Canada cultivating his management skills and aviation education that have clearly become a distinct advantage in the private sector .
Martti was born in Helsinki, Finland but currently resides in Winnipeg., Canada.
David Bentley VP Aviation & Transportation (UK & Europe)
David Bentley is a 27-year veteran of the air transport business and a Master’s graduate of the Department of Air Transport at the UK’s Cranfield University. Having worked in airline marketing for a decade, David switched his attention to airport marketing, finance and privatisation in 1999. He is the author of nine management reports since then, most of them about finance and operations in the airport sector. Currently a consultant, analyst, writer, editor and publisher, he resides in Greater Manchester, in northwest England.
Sang Ho Kim VP Alternative Energy/Technology Group
Sang-Ho Kim is an Electrical Engineer by profession. He was former co-Founder and Chairman of Edgetech Services Inc. which was a successful publicly traded company trading in the US and Germany. Mr. Kim has extensive knowledge and experience in the public markets in US, UK and Germany.
Mr. Kim’s extensive experience is in managing large projects and has successfully created technical and marketing teams. He has managed large projects for electrcal companies such as Schneider Electric and ABB Group. He has designed electrical distribution systems for consulting groups as well.
